Entries on Saddlebook will be paused on November 2nd at 12:01pm through 6:00pm while we work on the pre draw and will re-open after 6:00pm for late entries.

Vet/Med Outs - 100% refund on entry fees until 10/31/26. Vet/Med Outs 11/01-11/03 at noon 70% refund on entry fees.
Credit card processing fees and office fees are non-refundable.
All Vet/Med Outs need to be email to jewelofthecounty@icloud.com by dates listed above.
No refunds after 12 noon Tuesday, November 3rd.
Refunds will be processed after the race.

Cash only at race
All entries must be paid in full in order to be in the draw.
Phone, text or email entries will not be accepted.
All entries will be taken on Saddlebook only.

There are no late fees.

We cannot guarantee splits between horses for late entries.

Stalls and RV spaces are $30/night and are first come, first serve. Pay upon arrival. Gates open at 9am Friday, November 6th.
